Dovid Pearlman is a wedding singer and chazan based in the New York and New Jersey metro area, available worldwide. He sings at the bedeken, under the chupah and through the dancing — as a full booking or any part of the night. He has performed at weddings across the United States, Israel, Europe and South America, and has released three studio albums: Miracles (2015), Shira Shebalev (2021) and Miracles 4 (2025).
What Dovid does at a wedding
A wedding has a handful of moments where the singing carries the room, and they each ask for something different. The bedeken is short and charged. The chupah is quiet and wants restraint. The dancing needs someone who can read a floor and keep it going.
Dovid sings all three, and you can book any combination of them.

How booking works
- Send the date. Include the venue or at least the city, and roughly which parts of the evening you would like Dovid to sing.
- We check availability and come back to you, usually the same day.
- You get a quote for the specific plan you described — not a generic price list.
- The date is held once you confirm.

Home base is the New York and New Jersey metro area, and that is where most of the calendar sits. Beyond it, he travels: weddings across the United States, in Israel, in Europe and in South America.
Who Dovid is
Dovid started as a Miami Boys Choir soloist in 2009, at the age of eight. He has since become a solo artist in his own right, with three studio albums — Miracles (2015), Shira Shebalev (2021) and Miracles 4 (2025) — and more than thirty releases in total.
Alongside the simcha work he is a chazan, and has led Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur davening for over seven years. It is the same instinct in both rooms: knowing when to fill a space and when to leave it alone.
That range is most of why couples book him. A wedding is not one mood for five hours, and a singer who only has one gear will find the evening long.

How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. Wedding season and the weeks around Yom Tov fill up first. That said, it is always worth asking about a date even at short notice — send it over and we will tell you straight away whether it is open.
